ERG Council: Creative IQ
She will guide attendees on how to embrace out-of-the-box ideas and how to launch creative problem solving skills to new levels. You will learn about creativity as a process, mindfulness as a way to tap into the process, and the actions needed to become more innovative. Creative IQ is a tool to help you become a trailblazer wherever your imagination can take you. It will inspire you to become the creative genius you were meant to be so you can gain deeper access to your imagination and bring your original ideas out of your head and into reality.

Renee Russo Martinez has always straddled the worlds of art and creativity, business and entrepreneurship. As an artist, she explores the sky as the great equalizer looking for moments of extraordinary in what might be viewed as ordinary. As a marketing consultant, she reveals a space where creativity and strategy converge. As a mother to four boys, she works to instill a love of art, curiosity and confidence in being true to self. Renee also fosters a confidence in creativity for others through her online platform. A native to Buffalo, NY, Renee has woven her experience crafting and instructing courses for business students with her yoga and mindfulness practice to inspire anyone to be a creative rebel. She does this through speaking, educating and facilitating workshops for companies who want to foster a culture of creativity at home and in the workplace.
