"Sharing Our Stories, Strengthening the Workplace"
This symposium is designed to strengthen the fabric of workplace belonging by convening leaders committed to advancing LGBTQ+ equity through sustainable, collaborative, and measurable ERG and team models.
This event is for anyone who is learning how and/or committed to making space for all individuals in the workplace. The focus will be on LGBTQ+ experiences, resources, and collective impact. All are welcome. We encourage teams, ERGs, BRGs, executives, HR reps, supplier professionals, and individuals to attend to share in the conversation.
Symposium Outcomes:
Participants leave with practical models for sustaining ERGs under budget and resource constraints.
Cross collaboration between different resource groups and across organizations/companies.
Executive sponsors and other company leaders gain new language and tools to champion ERGs within leadership circles.
