Plexus ERG Council: College Roundtable

Did you know that 40% of LGBTQ people go back into the closet when first entering the workforce?
One way we can ease this transition is to make connections with LGBTQ college students, share our personal lessons learned, and share insights about how to advocate inclusion in our workplaces. We are inviting our campus partners to attend this Plexus ERG Council and ask our ERG members to join us for a virtual roundtable networking hour with area LGBTQ college students. Please extend this invitation broadly in your ERG membership so we can have a diverse representation of career paths, expertise, and educational backgrounds.
