Event Description:
Connect, learn, and grow in a welcoming community focused on LGBTQ+ and Ally employee experiences in educational workplaces. Each session explores timely topics impacting LGBTQ+ communities in education, while uplifting allyship and intersectional equity in the workplace.
Though not structured as a formal ERG, this space fills a critical gap, offering professional learning, peer support, and community building. Each session explores timely topics impacting LGBTQ+ communities in education, while uplifting allyship and intersectional equity in the workplace. This group is:
- Open to all interested in education topics, LGBTQ+ identifying and allies alike.
- Held virtually, however may develop into a few in-person meet-ups per year.
- Non-political and mission-aligned with education values of dignity, equity, and inclusion.
