Show Me Your Noodes
Event Description:
We welcome you to our Pasta Party ‘Show me your noodes’ on Sunday February 12th 2023. Party begins at 5 pm until 7 pm. During this class we will have our beloved owner, Betsy Figgie, teaching how to make pasta from scratch. She will pair these noodles with three sauces – basil pesto, gorgonzola walnut cream, and classic Bolognese. Complementary glass Wine / mocktail. Bottles of wine available for purchase at Trellis, You are also invited to eat your pasta and enjoy your wine at our rooftop bar Trellis. Perfect for Italian date nights, and for our friends and family. Basic knowledge of pasta and sauce 101.
