Sound baths occur 1x a month on Sundays from 6-7pm. Join us for our next sound bath on 3/23/2025 with Amanda Young LISW-S, Usui Reiki Master, and certified sound healer; certified tuning fork healer.
A sound bath is a relaxing and healing experience where you are surrounded by soothing sounds created by various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums. These sounds gently wash over you, similar to a bath for your mind and body. The vibrations and tones help you relax, reduce stress, and bring a sense of peace and balance.
During a sound bath, you typically lie down in a comfortable position with your eyes closed, allowing the sounds to deeply resonate with you. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow, or sit on our couch to enjoy.
It's a safe and welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of background or experience with meditation or sound therapy. The goal is to create a peaceful, inclusive space where you can feel supported and relaxed. No special skills or prior knowledge are needed—just come as you are, and allow the sounds to guide you into a calming, restorative state.
