Event Description:
Thrive With Pride is a day of FREE healthcare services, promoting health & wellness within the LGBTQ+ Community. Join us as we celebrate the 5th anniversary of Thrive with Pride, the LGBT Community Center’s annual health and wellness event uplifting the health, joy, and resilience of LGBTQ+ individuals in Northeast Ohio.
Art therapy, music therapy, mindfulness, reiki, yoga, mini-massages, and even hypnotherapy; all provide affirming, accessible ways to support both body and mind.
Throughout the day, provided by Food Strong, where attendees can learn about the importance of "eating the rainbow" through an interactive salsa making demo which includes a snack!
