During this month's ERG Council Session we'll do a high level overview of HRC's most recent report on LGBTQ+ experiences in the workplace and the insights this provides for ERG programming and advocacy.
We'll end the Council meeting in two break out groups where attendees can share the good, bad, and ugly about the CEI process with a specific focus on improving affirming healthcare and the mandated intersectionality training requirement.
