Position Overview
As a Resource Support Specialist (RSS), you will be responsible for delivering the optimal technician availability and coverage ensuring successful Installations in a specified region.
You are responsible to act as a liaison between the Vendor Partner/Subcontractor, RISM and the IMO. As a RSS you are responsible for guidance on key administrative and analytical activities related to technician availability, resource allocation, shift planning, technician scheduling, and project planning. You will provide support to business teams and technicians across the assigned geography in an effort to achieve key metrics, drive consistent operational efficiencies and manage cost while striving to achieve customer installation success. This position is responsible for ensuring alignment with field management for technician and flex labor resource planning. This position may include evening and weekend hours and necessary travel.
