Safe Pass is an incredibly queer and neurodivergent friendly work environment! We encourage our team to show up as their authentic selves as they change the lives of others, one lesson at a time...
We aim to create an environment in which our Instructors feel supported, in which they thrive, in which they are encouraged to share their talents with this amazing team...to not only teach but to learn from one another.
Safe Pass started in 2020 with three goals in mind – put safe drivers on the road, help those drivers to pass the driving test, and provide exceptional guidance and support to our students and their families throughout what can be a confusing and often stressful journey.
We have an incredible team to help us achieve those goals, and to meet the demand our students have for exceptional driver education from people who actually care about their safety rather than simply preparing them to pass a 15-minute driving test, we need you.
Each of our students has a story. We aim to hire educators who understand that and who approach each of our students as an individual on their own journey. The Driving Instructor position offers a fantastic chance for teachers, bus drivers, recent college grads, coaches, or anyone looking to make a real difference in the lives of others.
