The Diversity and Inclusion Senior Professional is responsible to lead and implement strategies, programs, and initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. The role works closely with senior leadership, human resources, and other stakeholders to drive diversity and inclusion efforts across the organization. The role creates an inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensures that all employees are treated with fairness, respect, and dignity.

Ensures effective operations of multiple employee resource groups (ERGs) which may involve providing resources, support, and guidance to ERG leaders, as well as consulting on events and programming initiatives. Demonstrated experience in managing ERGs is required.

Monitors and reports on progress and provides regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders which may involve preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings.

Develops and manages diversity and inclusion strategies, initiatives, and programs that foster an inclusive workplace culture and align with the organization's goals and values.

Works closely with senior leadership, human resources, and other key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for diversity and inclusion, which may include developing business cases and presenting to leadership.

Collaborates with the human resources department to review and revise diversity-related policies, procedures, and practices to ensure alignment to best diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and legal requirements.

Conducts diversity assessments, analyzes data and metrics related to diversity and inclusion, and evaluates the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs.

Promotes an inclusive culture by actively advocating for diversity and inclusion, fostering open communication, promoting inclusive behaviors and practices, and serving as a role model for inclusive leadership.

Triage diversity-related issues and concerns raised by employees and route the employee towards appropriate resources to resolve.

Represents the organization in external professional organizations, industry groups, partnerships, or community initiatives, to promote the organization's commitment to diversity and inclusion externally and build relationships with external stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field and/or commensurate experience.
Location
Hybrid defined as three or more days per week in the office.
