Position Overview
The Rental Specialist is primarily a customer service role supporting customers and production partners with short- and long-term audiovisual rental needs. This person works with customers and vendors to understand the application, recommend the right rental solution or a better option when appropriate, and build a complete, accurate order. The role covers rentals, production-company cross-rentals, box sales, and used equipment, while balancing current orders with follow-up and growth opportunities. It also provides a path into a broader sales role.
