DOUGLASS & ASSOCIATES CO., L.P.A. was formed in 1983 as a sole proprietorship by David M. Douglass, and was incorporated in 1996. The firm concentrates its services to small businesses, design professionals and individuals needing personal injury counsel, estate planning or probate administration representation. It also provides creditors rights and commercial civil litigation services to individual, corporate and governmental creditors. We take pride in our reputation for representing all clients efficiently and responsively.
