Founder of Fedora Food, a Cleveland-based frozen food company focused on bringing authentic Middle Eastern flavor to modern kitchens. Fedora Food was built around a 40-year family falafel recipe first shared through farmers’ markets before expanding toward retail and foodservice distribution.
Our products are vegan, gluten-free, and Big 9 allergen-free, with a focus on premium ingredients, convenience, and culturally authentic flavor. The company is currently transitioning into a new line of pre-formed frozen falafel designed for today’s growing plant-based market.
