    My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we focus on increasing self-understanding, emotional flexibility, and the ability to navigate life with greater clarity and self-compassion.

    Therapy can be done both online and in-person. My office is located in Cleveland Heights. I offer free phone or zoom consultations so that you can talk to me, ask me any questions, and get a feel for what therapy sessions are like. Please feel free to contact me.

    My specialties include supporting LGBTQIA+ communities, trauma therapy utilizing EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and therapy for anxiety and depression,
