Marquez Renovation & Contracting has recently transitioned to Marquez Development.
Marquez Development owns and manages several buildings on the Near West Side of Cleveland. Both in the capacity as a housing provider as well as with our new and exciting adventure, The Randolph Studios.
Located in Gordon Square, The Randolph Building's main level is home to 6 studio spaces, an apothecary and common area. Historically, throughout the 1900's the space served as a neighborhood doctor's office. Our vision is to lease out these spaces in order to contribute to creating a vibrant, collaborative community space to support LGBT+ and affirming small businesses and individuals. The Randolph Studios are quickly becoming a space where wellness is supported and redefined for our times.
We are already so thrilled to be home to Out Fitness Collective (https://out.fitness/). We have three other studios currently available, ranging from 140SF-240SF.

A few things to note: The building is historic, there are steps at each entrance to the main floor of the building. While there is plenty of street parking in the area; there is only a small amount of onsite parking.
