Founded in 2013, Matt Rolf Attorney LLC represents clients in real estate, probate, and estate planning matters. Located on Shaker Square in Cleveland, Ohio, our office is conveniently located next to the RTA Green and Blue Lines, as well as the Number 8 and 48 bus lines. Parking is available across Shaker Square.

In our real estate practice, we seek to represent individuals and companies who are buying, selling, renovating, leasing, or building property near frequent service fixed-route public transit. We serve clients all over northeast Ohio, with a focus right here in Cleveland and neighboring Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights. Our real estate practice involves both transactional work and litigation.

Estate planning and probate work is a significant part of our practice. From simple wills to complex trusts, we draft estate plans tailored to each individual client. In the probate courts, we handle estate administration, real estate transfers, and disputes between heirs.
