The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio

The mission of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio is to eliminate bias, bigotry, and racism. Our vision is to create communities where everyone is connected, respected, and valued.

SHIFT Consulting is the professional services division of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio. We focus on leadership and organizational development initiatives with a justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) lens. Through our partnerships with businesses and community leaders, we support the development of inclusive environments where all feel connected, respected, and valued. We work with your organization to SHIFT individual behaviors, interpersonal interactions, management practices, procedures, and policies toward inclusion. These practices enable organizations to attract, recruit, engage, and retain the world's best talent in today's ever-growing and changing global marketplace.

The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio's School & Youth team provides year-round diversity and inclusion centered workshops, leadership series, community programs, and retreats. Programming is offered for K-12 students and also educators/school staff.

LeadDIVERSITY is a program in which a select group of professionals engages with community leaders and one another to raise the participants' awareness of diversity, inclusion, and equity issues, build their leadership skills and enhance their network. Each session is designed to help participants explore the concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership and to analyze its personal, workplace, and community impact.
